Welcome to the S.M.A.R.T”S  new Call-A-Ride Complaint form. This is the new way to report a denial or problem with Metro Call-A-Ride.  This form was developed with the help of Paraquad and S.M.A.R.T (St. Louis Metropolitan Alliance for Reliable Transit) to make an easier and more streamlined way of reporting complaints with the service and storing them in a central location for statistical purposes.  This form is not shared with Metro Transit, nor will you be contacted unless you choose to do so.
