Okay troops, I have started to receive calls from folks who are excited to pass the forms on to their students.  So we have more work to do.  Soon the forms will start to come in and that means rooms will have to start being reserved.  We will compile a few lists of roommates and send them to the hotel maybe a list every couple of weeks.  Also, we need more door prizes.  I have heard of a few we have gotten but we need more.  I know the programming committee is planning to meet this Sunday.  I would like to meet in the very near future just to ensure that all are on the same page.  We could either have a mini-conference during the board meeting next week or a call on April 1.  I would like this to be no longer than 1 hour.  We are well on our way troops!
