Hello Troops!  We have just a few things we need to work on.  The programming has come along nicely and I think my programming committee for that.  As for the menu I am going to go ahead and handle that only because I have it and have reviewed a thousand times and there is only a couple of things worth our money and time to serve.  At this point we need to concentrate on donations and sponsors.  If we could get a company or business to cover a breakfast or dinner that would be great!  We also could use a few more door prizes.  So please put you thinking caps on and lets come up with some more money and stuff.  Remember our goal is to have fun and save MCB money in the process.  Okay we do need to conference so if 1 of the next 3 Mondays work best for you please email me and let me know the time would be 7 on one of those days.  The day which most can meet is the day we will conference on the phone.  I need you to be prepared to take on new assignments and give me a report on assignments already being worked on.
