[Unified Braille For All] unsubscribing

*I agree, Laura.  I do not think any of us want to see UEB adopted in the
US.  I know Chris and many others are actually working really hard to help
BANA see that UEB is not the right choice for us and that NUBS is the best
option for a unified code. I would hope that we use this list to
disseminate information and how to fight this battle, not to degrade and
perpetuate negativity.
