--------------<BR>><BR>> 1 lg. broccoli bunch<BR>> 2 med.
tomatoes<BR>> 1 sm. can of sliced black olives<BR>> 1/2 med.
onion<BR>> 1 sm. bottle of low-fat Italian dressing<BR>><BR>> Cut
broccoli into flowerets. Lightly steam broccoli. Cut<BR>> tomatoes into small
wedges. Cut 1/2 onion into slices.<BR>> Combine steamed broccoli, tomato
wedges, onion slices,<BR>> olives and Italian dressing. Mix well. Cover and
chill<BR>> overnight in refrigerator. Serve chilled.<BR>><BR>><BR>>
