Tom, and I are constituents of yours in the 73rd House District. We live

<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>First, let me say congratulations on winning the
November 3 election.</FONT></DIV>

lives in Maplewood. </FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>Tom and I are retired and in our
seventies.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>Tom and I will be coming to Jeff City on February
16-17 as a part of the Missouri Council of the Blind Legislative Days as we are
members of the MCB.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>We are very much looking forward to meeting with
you and sharing with you the concerns of the Missouri Council of the
Blind. </FONT></DIV>

the Missouri Council, beginning at seven a.m. on Wednesday morning,
