update the communications Act to provide grater access for people who are blind
or visually impaired to wireless devices such as PDA’s accessible user
interfaces like menus on DVR’s and TV menus, along with accessible
emergency alerts on TV and requirements for video description on primetime
programming. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

standard for hybrid or electric vehicles when traveling at low speeds. This
would reduce the increasing danger that these vehicles currently pose to the
