on becoming our newly appointed second vice president.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I know he will do well and be a great addition to
the MCB Board.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I would also like to congratulate him on being
appointed as the Thrift Store Committee Chair.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>With his knowledge and experience in this area I am
confident we will see great success.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I would also like to congratulate Bev Armstrong on
being appointed by our president to the Statewide Rehabilitation
Council.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I know she still has to wait approval from the
Governor's office but I don't think that will be a problem.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Bev is an excellent person for this position and I
know she will represent MCB well in this capacity.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Congratulations to both Mike and Bev on their
