<p class=MsoNormal>Once again the time is rolling around for the ACB National
Convention. The dates this year are July 3-11. The place is Orlando,
Florida at the Rosen Centre Hotel. The number to call for reservations
is: 407-996-9840. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>The deadline for receiving grant applications in the MCB
office is Friday, May 22, by four p.m. No applications will be accepted
after four p.m. on May 22.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>$45,000.00 has been budgeted for these grants. There
are certain officers who are named in our Bylaws to receive $1,000.00 each.
They are: the President, Treasurer, Public Relations Chairman, Education
and Welfare Chairman and the Executive Director. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>IMPORTANT: If you request a grant and later learn that
you are unable to attend, please return your check as soon as possible.
This will allow us to reallocate those funds.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Also, please be reminded that those receiving grants are
obligated to attend all general sessions as prescribed by our Bylaws.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal> If
we do not have an Executive Director at the time of the convention, then that
money will go back into the convention fund and be distributed accordingly.<o:p></o:p></p>

your signature, you will need to print the application and postal mail into the
