Congratulations to Bunny Maginnis, June's Member of the Month. Thank you Bunny for all the time and energy you devote to MCB and your affiliate. Bunny was nominated by her affiliate, Rite for the Blind.

 Dear Member of the Month Committee
 
I hope you will please consider the name of Bunny Maginnis for the Member of the Month Award. She has been a member of Rite for 12 years. During that time, she has worked diligently to help Rite be the best it can be. The first year she was a member she was elected secretary and has served on Rite’s board ever since. She was secretary for five years, first vice-president and now has served as president for three years.
 
She has been instrumental in membership growth for the organization. She is always willing to provide transportation for those who need to attend MCB legislation events. When possible she always attends functions of MCB.
 
Bunny likes to write, and therefore writes the Chronicle report for Rite.
 
She has served on committees of MCB and is currently on that board as one of the directors. She is now serving as president of the MSB Alumni Association.
 
Bunny does her best to make the world a better place to live for those around her. We believe that she is very deserving of this award. Thank you for considering her.
