[Missouri-l] Walking in Louisville

Greetings:

This year, I will be participating in ACB's fourth annual 
Walk/Run-A-Thon in conjunction with our national Conference and 
Convention being held in Louisville, Kentucy in July.  I would 
sincerely appreciate any support you can provide for my efforts, 
as I am unaware of any other MCB member doing the Walk/Run.  Any 
amount would be helpful and all donations are tax deductible.  
You can donate in one of two ways:

1.  If you want to donate via credit card, go to

pledge form, which you can fill out quickly and easily and then 
use your credit card through PayPal.  Please remember to specify 
me (Peter Altschul) as the person you are pledging to support.

2.  To pay by check, please download the appropriate form from 
the above URL, complete it, attach a check to the form, and mail 
them to the address on the form.  Again, please remember to 
specify me (Peter Altschul) as the person you are pledging to 
support both on the form and the check.
