Hello All

I am happy to announce  that the guide dog bill  submitted by the Missouri
Guide Dog Users has passed the  96th General Assembly and will become law in
Missouri.

 

Thanks to all who supported this important bill.  In mid April it was added
to HB 1854 but in the last few days 1854 run into trouble and  Rep Rick
Stream who sponsored the bill for us pulled it out and added  it to HB 1900
and the rest is history.  

 

Not often  do you get a bill passed in the first year but this year we did
because of hard work and dedication.
