Subject: [Missouri-l] Blind pension trouble, a question

 

I didn't recieve my check this month so I called. They told me my case was
closed because I didn't fill out the re-evaluation. I did NOT recieve the
re-evaluation or any warning letters. So Now i have to re apply? Has this
happened to anyone else. Any suggestions on what to do? this is really a
problem for me.
