Hello All,

 

        I've been working with Gregg now the past 6+ months and now have decided to support him as the new MCB President. I ask all
of you who are going to convention to not be shy, lets talk to the other members and let them know why we want Gregg Hollins as our
President.

 

What does Gregg Hollins bring to the table?

 

Business Acumen: Gregg is a work horse like me and has the ability and understanding to make decisions that will only benefit MCB
financially. He is resourceful, knows how to get things done and knows how to prioritize to avoid wasted time on projects.

 

Networking: Gregg has been very influential in developing SOC. He understands that networking isn't just about placing posts on
twitter or facebook but it's about making a connection with people. However Gregg does recognize the importance of using them as
tools.

 

Executive Presence: I've observed Gregg to have many characteristics of an executive which is vital to a presidents position. He's
confident and competent. He communicates well and knows what he is talking about most of the time.(kidding)

 

Finding the Niche: One big issue I have with MCB is that there is no niche or steady flow of income. So far it appears that MCB uses
benchmarking as a means of raising money. Gregg understands the importance that MCB needs to find it's own original ideas for
raising money.

 

Leadership: MCB has core competencies that aren't being utilized at all. This is just my professional opinion. I believe Gregg will
help bring out MCB's core values which will help in decision making and leading MCB to a bright and better future.

 

        I will conclude this email just by stating that I thought about this decision to support Gregg a great deal and I really,
truly believe he will do what's expected of him as President of MCB.
