News Wire:
As America enters the second decade of her third century, many of us worry
about her future. Is the key to her future partially dependent on what
she's learned from her past?
Hence, who's America? How and why was she conceived? Where has she been?
What has she thought? What has she done? Is she visionary or afraid? Is
she reckless or mature? Is she still young, middle aged, or is she old?
How well equipped is she to cope with a changing world? Is she forever to
be the world's super power, or, like the British Empire--of which she was
once briefly a part--might she fade away?
These are some of the topics Ed Cooney, a student of American History will
invite you to visit during part one of a presentation "Meet America, Land
That We Love," on Accessible World Tuesday, May 25th, 2010.
It will cover America's conception, infancy and youth. Specifically America
between 1776 and 1860. America's adolescence, young adulthood and mature
adulthood will be covered another time.

and then run. A link to the software is available on every entry screen to
the Accessible World online rooms.
All online interactive programs require no password, are free of charge, and
open to anyone worldwide having an Internet connection, a computer,
speakers, and a sound card. Those with microphones can interact audibly with
the presenters and others in the virtual audience or text chat with the
attendees. To speak to us, hold down the control key and talk; then let up
