[Missouri-l] Adoption Assistance

All,

 

                I had a call today from a lady here In Missouri that is
adopting a two year old boy from India.  The boy is totally blind in one eye
and is losing the sight in the other one.  She had called to see if I knew
of any financial assistance their family could get in this adoption process.
They have adopted one other child from India and paid for that one
themselves but she thought maybe there might be an organization to help with
this one.  Any info would be appreciated.
