[Missouri-l] adaptive teck

The Springfield Association for the Blind closed about 3 years ago.  The building has been sold and the new owner is selling out the blind equipment.  What is a Mouse Cam?  It came from Vision Teck and costs $998.  It is for sale but I don't know what it is.  It would be a good buy for someone.  I am guessing that it will be advertised for about $400, it's new in the box.  Thanks.
