Subject: Beepball on Sunday!



If you've never gotten a chance to come out to see people play baseball with
blindfolds on, Sunday is your chance!  Minds Eye's Ultimate St. Louis
Beepball Championship is THIS SUNDAY, June 13th at 1:00 p.m. at GCS Stadium.


 

The game will feature the two winning teams from our tournament that was
held in late May.  One of the teams, the Beepers from the Lighthouse for the
Blind is made up of nearly all blind players!  The other team, the
Derminators from Dermassociates, Ltd, is made up of one blind man and all of
his friends!  It's really going to be a fun and competitive game!

 

Admission is free, but there will be all kinds of fun and easy ways to help
support Minds Eye including our Bat for Bucks event right after the game,
when, for a donation of $5, you get a chance to take some swings.
blindfolded!  

 

We'll have fun for the whole family. Fredbird will be there with clowns,
facepainting and lots more!  

 

We're selling T-Shirts in sizes from youth Medium to 3X so you can show your
Beepball pride for only $10.  If you want to get them before the game, just
talk to anyone on the Minds Eye staff.  We also have buttons for only $2.  

 

I've attached our flyer for the event, please feel free to forward it on to
everyone you know, we want to pack the stands this year!
