July 26th is the 20th anniversary of President  George H.W. Bush's signing 
of the Americans with Disabilities Act.  The  landmark legislation will be 
honored with a number of celebrations across the  state. 

A parade in San Jose, Dinner and Dancing in L.A., a luau in San  Rafael;
