The Governor's budget recommendations will be released after his State of the State address on Wednesday, the 20th.  There are also several House appropriation hearings next week and a Senate hearing the following week:

 

House Appropriations - Health, Mental Health and Social Services (Hearings held in HR 5.)

  a.. Tuesday, January 19th at Noon.    (Departmental Overview) 
  b.. Wednesday, January 20th at 1:00 pm (continuation of public and provider testimony).  Contact Representative Sater's office at 573-751-1480 to sign up. 
  c.. Thursday, January 21 at 8:00 am (continuation of public and provider testimony)
 House Appropriations - Education    

  a.. Tuesday, January 19th at 2:00 pm in HR 1.  (organization meeting and public testimony)
 

Senate Appropriations - Overview of the FY2011 Governor Recommendations; FY2010 Supplemental Appropriation Recommendations; FY2011 Statewide Issues.

  a.. Monday, January 25th at 12:30 pm in SCR 2.
