News Wire
The next meeting of the Fantasy book club will take place on Sunday,
September, 19, at 8 P.M. eastern, and 5 P.M. pacific.
We will be reading Green Rider, by Kristen Britain, the first in the Green
Rider Trilogy. It can be found both on Bard and Bookshare.
Synopsis,
Karigan G'ladheon, heading home through Green Cloak woods after expulsion
from school, encounters a dying Green Rider. Accepting the Rider's magic
brooch and allowing his horse to guide her, Karigan agrees to carry his
message to King Zachary--a perilous journey.
The other two titles in the trilogy, First Rider's Call, and The High King's
Tomb, can also be downloaded from Bard.
