[Missouri-l] MCB Board Decisions

Tonight the MCB Board voted to hire Jennifer Parker as the Executive
Director and Lowell Newsome as the Field Marketing Representative.  Jennifer
will begin on October 26th. And Lowell Newsome will begin on November 2nd.

 

                My grateful thanks to the board for their decision tonight.
I am sure that both Jennifer and Lowell will make all of us proud.  A big
thanks to the search committee for the work they did in presenting these two
candidates to us.

 

                You will have the chance to meet both Jennifer and Lowell
next Monday evening on the MCB Connect.  I'll send out more information
about that conference later.  I hope that the membership will get behind
these two people and show them their support.

well-being of our members and legally blind people in Missouri, and to
support or participate in other programs promoting the best interests of
legally blind people everywhere.
