[Missouri-l] Target agrees to install tactilepoint of sale devices in all stores

I think this is great.!!  I shop at Target allot and am glad to know that it
 will be easier to use these machines.  I am very happy to see that ACB is
 really doing something to improve the lives of people with vision 
impairments.
