hello folks,
I am sending this to the list as 
this is a para transit service 
here in Kansas City , the service 
is a federal program and the cabs 
are provided under Volia, and the 
kcmetro office has told the 
dispatchers to pass this along to 
me. , not in a letter, nothing 
official at all just word of 
mouth. I feel that I should file a 
complaint with the federal 
transportation agency as I am 
being discriminated against for 
protecting my house against people 
from coming into my yard as I know 
of people that have signs up and 
do not have a dog. Jared is a 
service dog and Ihave had him for 
three and a half years and have 
ridden in the para transit service 
since I came home with him.
So all of you out their please 
respond to this as I need ideas on 
this issue.

so IF i TAKE THE SIGN'S DOWN , 
THIS WILL NOT CHANGE THE IDEAS OF 
THE CURRENT DRIVERS., AND i FEEL 
THAT THIS JUST WRONG.  i NEED SOME 
IDEAS.
so ALL OF YOU THINK HARD ON THIS 
ONE. i FEEL THAT THIS IS TOTALLY 
WRONG AS saf is a door to door 
service, and I have been wronged 
on this issue.

  O folks,
  Here is my problem with SAF.
  I have a fenced yard and I have 
on
  the gates " Beware of Dog" and 
the
  drivers would not come past the
  gate to the door , because of 
the
  sign. I only have Jared and they
  know that he is a guide dog , I
  have had no complaints against
  Jared. Sharon the dispatcher 
told
  David my husband that the divers
  would not come past the gate to
  come to the door. Input the 
signs
  up to keep people out of my yard
  as the way the world is today 
and
  who knows who is going around 
your
  area. David's ride comes in the
  morning and Jared is inside the
  house. I understand they will 
not
  come in the yard as long ass the
  signs are up , but will this
  change the way these drivers 
will
  act, as they will not come in 
the
  yard now. I have a screened in
  porch with a door and a glass
  storm door and a steel door , so
  what AM i TO DO.
  I have not received a written
  notice on this and the SAF RULES
  ARE A DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE, So
  what do you all think of this.
  I do not ride SAF THAT MUCH, AS
  David is the one that takes this
  one to work each day.
  So is this discrimination on my
  part as
