[Missouri-l] FYI: Roy Vaughn

The plea for Roy Vaughn was set for today at 2:30 in Springfield MO.  I was
asked to attend in order to give a victim impact statement.  I arrived at
the court and listened to a jury trial for another case.  At 2:40 the
prosecuting attorney informed me that the jury trial taking place was being
heard by the same judge that was handling Roy's case and going to take quite
a bit longer so therefore the plea for Roy was postponed until September
2nd.
