[Missouri-l] MCB Connect Conference Recording

Peter,

	We don't have a strategic plan in place at this time.  We will be
working with Kathleen to draw up one.  The last strategic plan we had was in
1997.

	There will be several more conference calls and I encourage anyone
that would like to participate to give us their input.
