Subject: [leadership] Silent Auction, nothing to be quiet about!
I hope each of you will take the time to read this message in its entirety &
share with others as you see fit.
No need to be quiet about this Silent Auction!
On Tuesday, July 7, from 1:00pm to 5:00pm, conventioneers will have the
opportunity to bid on some fun & interesting baskets/items donated by ACB
affiliates.
Those affiliates wishing to contribute must send details about their
contribution to Brenda Dillon
brendan0 at bellsouth.net
by Friday, June 26. It is important information be received by this date so
that bidder sheets & description catalogs can be prepared in advance of
convention.
Also, we are hoping that some of you may have sighted family members,
friends or affiliate members who are coming to convention and would be
willing to volunteer their time on that Tuesday afternoon to assist with
showing items and writing down bids. Although we do not wish to take anyone
from any other commitments that afternoon, we are hopeful that there are
some folks out there uncommitted at this point and willing to assist us in
making the Silent Auction a positive experience for all those who wish to
participate, while in the process, a successful fundraiser for ACB.
If you have any questions about the Silent Auction or are able to
volunteer, please contact me at
cindy.vw at msn.com

Thank you.
