Special Announcement News Wire:
Accessible World is very pleased to announce that due to the kind permission
of Bonnie Bloce, the great host of Books and Beyond, we will download
selective programs of interest to the blind community.

To access the programs, please go to: www.accessibleworld.org and find Books
and Beyond under Special programs.

Our first program is a wonderful interview with Dr. James Kutsch, the
President of The Seeing Eye. Seeing Eye is celebrating its 80th anniversary
as the first dog guide school in the United States.

We hope that you will download and enjoy this program as I did.

If you are a first-time user of the Talking Communities online conferencing
software, there is a small, safe software program that you need to download
and then run. A link to the software is available under the First time
participant information paragraph on the room entry screen.

After the software has been installed, enter the conference room by
selecting the Click here to enter the room. A new Log In Dialog Box will
open. Enter your first and last name in the User Name field. Leave password
field blank. You may check the box to Save my info for this room and you
will not have to re-enter this information again. Select the Log On button
and the conference room will open.

All online interactive programs are free of charge, and open to anyone
worldwide having an Internet connection, a computer, speakers, and a sound
card. Those with microphones can interact audibly with the presenters and
others in the irtual audience. To speak to us, hold down the control key and
let up to listen. If a microphone is not available, you may text chat with
the attendees

Accessible World uses News Wires, like this one, to inform people of the
topic and times for the many Discussion Groups on Accessible World. The
lists are announce only to keep the traffic to a minimum. You can join the
