The hits just keep coming! I am ecstatic to report that there are now 105
cosponsors of H.R.734, The Pedestrian Safety Enhancement Act of 2009. The
newly signed on members are denoted with an asterisk before their first
names. While we now have over 100 members that have signed on as cosponsors,
I continue to speak with several members who are still attempting to
convince their member to come aboard. A prime example of excellent advocacy
occurred just this past week as the North Dakota Association of the Blind
was successful in having Rep. Earl Pomeroy lend his formal support to the
bill. Please keep in touch with members who haven't yet decided to
cosponsor. The work of the affiliates is having a significant impact!
