To celebrate this last day of conference on the Blind Pension Medicaid I
decided to create the Top 10 Reasons why Ryan Silvey dislikes blind folks.

 

10. He finds the tapping of canes annoying.

9. He once tried reading a Braille book and found out that he was
illiterate.

8. He once tried petting a guide dog while it was working and got yelled at
by it's master.

7. He once played pin the tale on the donkey at a friend's birthday party
and placed the tale on it's nose.

6. On his first blind date he wore shades and carried a folding cane then
she walked out on him because she saw him pulling up in his car.

5. He was waiting in line at Six Flags to ride the Boss for the first time
and right before he was about to get on they let some blind guy cut to the
front of the line and got his seat.

4. Blind folks are always around when he sees the eye doctor. They just seem
to be EVERYWHERE!

3. A blind guy bumped into him once at a bar and he spilled beer all over
himself and his date. On top of that Ray Charles was on the radio.

2. He was at the grocery store and saw the employees helping a blind woman
shop. He thought about how unfair this was that the staff never helped him
out.?.?

 

1.      Ryan Silvey was defeated by Blind Missourians. They stood up for
them selved and fought him every step of the way to victory. We called our
reps, we called our senators. We created and signed petitions, we talked to
news papers and interviewed on tv. Ryan Silvey did not get what he wanted
because we stood up to him and everyone else to tried to take Blind Pension
Medicaid away from Blind Missourians.
