[Education and Welfare] the petition

I really thought if transportation was provided more people would be willing
to go. And so, it is being provided and there is a bus full going from St.
Louis. Transportation would have been provided from Cape, Joplin,
Springfield, Kansas City and St. Louis What happened, Guys?.

You know what else? We could not even get enough from KC to warrant a van
for Disability Day.
