I did not mean to offend but this is indeed a public office and if I were in 
your position I would want public and open opinions rather than behind my 
back. While I respect both Denny and Chris, you are serving the entire group 
of MCB and unfortunately or fortunately depending on the time of day , you 
must answer to the entire group. If you worked at the MCB office under 
Virginia or Chris, then yes, you would answer to them.
