[Education and Welfare] Conference with Governor Nixon

Hi:

I made a recording on my Pronto of much of the conference held with Governor Jay 
Nixon last week.  Doing this was a last-minute idea and I didn't ask for any 
formal permission to record the proceedings.  So, I think that perhaps putting 
it on our website or something very public like that might not be the best idea. 
However, I see no harm in sharing this with the members of the Ed and Welfare 
committee.  Hope you enjoy it.
