yes  Pa. has one but you have dirt poor under $200 and they only get $100

I can't give you any data about the number of blind people in Missouri but
one of the driving forces that bringb them to Missouri is the Blind Pension.

As far as I know, Missouri is the only state that has the Blind Pension.
