I agree that the morning breakfast is important because it gives us a chance to get ready for the day. More communication is definitely needed.
My observation over the past few years is that some members don't feel comfortable with the halls of the Capital. Throughout the day it gets crowded and reps get harder to track down. If we simplify the system we will build confidence and that will increase participation.
We could organize a walk to the Capital in the morning, a march to the Capital sounds pretty cool.
