That's a great thought. Many of our representatives do support this and other bils that have implications for the well-being of the blindness community. So, hearing a word of encouragement or gratitude from us is a good thing. The same goes for our State reps inJeff City. WE can thank Rick Stream for his help and guidance with HB1413.

As you can see from the posted list, the only one of our congressional list we still need to get to sign on for the vehicle donation bill is William Lacy Clay. Our delegation can thus start out on a good footing by thanking our congress representatives for co-sponsoring the legislation. Last year, Clay indicated a willingness to sign on so we just need to remind him and I think we can show a complete sweep of our legislators in support! Plus of course it is always nice to be able the process by being able to thank them for supporting us.
