Yes, now both the senate and the house will appoint members to a joint
committee to work out the differences between their budgets. Watch the
journals of each house to see who the Speaker of the House and the president
of the Senate appoints to this joint budget committee. We certainly won a
great victory, but we won't be out of danger until the governor finally gets
the budget approved by both houses on his desk and signs it.
