This is just an FYI.  If you haven't yet sent your emails and made your
calls, please add the word "fully" when talking about restoring our health
insurance.  The new proposal is restoring our health insurance, but not
Fully.  It probably doesn't make a bit of difference, but maybe it will help
them understand that just a partial restoration is NOT GOING TO WORK.
