Subject: [Education and Welfare] Contacting the Senators

All,

I believe that we are inching closer to a victory in having
the medical coverage funding restored for the blind. We do however; need to
have that extra push to help us in this battle.

I appreciate Julie Chinn for sending us the list of Senators
phone numbers and email addresses. This will help tremendously. Now I want
to help make the task of contacting the Senators a little easier. At the
end of my message you will find a list of just the email addresses of all of
the Senators in Missouri. I'll give you instructions on sending out one
message that will go to all of them further on in this message.

When sending out your message the most important part of
your message will be in the subject line. Many of the Senators may not take
time to read their messages or even open the message. So the subject should
say what you want them to know. Something like,

Please Restore Health Care Funding For the Blind.

The body of the message should be concise and courteous. Something like,

I am asking you to join with many of your colleagues by supporting the
restoring the health care funding for the blind.

I would like to see us bombard the Senators with hundreds of
email messages and it will take each one of us doing our part to make sure
that happens. Believe me, they will pay attention if and when this is done.
I encourage you to forward this message to your friends and family and
hopefully they will do the same.

Now, here is how to send one message to all of the Senators.

Place your cursor at the beginning of the first email address below. Hold
down your control and shift key and then press your end key. This will
select all of the addresses from the beginning to the end. Next do a
control C to copy those addresses to the clipboard.

Create a new message in your email client and tab to the BCC field and then
do a control v to paste all of those addresses.

Tab to your subject field and type it in.

Tab to your message body and type in your message.

Finally send your message as you normally would.

If you need any help with doing this please feel free to give me a call at
888-362-1383.

Thanks and here is the beginning of the list of email addresses.
