ATI Question on back ups

                If you will go to:

C:\Documents and Settings\<user name\Local Settings\Application
Data\Identities\ <class identifier\Microsoft\Outlook Express and copy that
file to a flash drive, that will be a backup for you.

How can I do a back up in my Out Look Express, on the folders I have made
containing my favorite emails? I hope this is not a silly question.
