ATI A Question Regarding my Scanner

Hey all.  I apologize that you are going to see this message a few times, but I'm in a fix, and if anyone can help, I would be extremely appreciative.  Quite awhile back, my scanner's power cord got zapped in a storm.  It is an Epson Perfection 4180 photo scanner.  I'm really in need of this machine because I need to be able to scan papers that come home from the girls' school and stuff like that on a daily basis.  John got one on ebay, but the connecter does not fit.   He says the voltage is right on the power pack, however.  Does anyone have any ideas for me on how I can find a plug to fit the scanner that won't cost me an arm and a leg?  That's the big problem I am running into right now.  Thanks in advance for any ideas.
