posted in the Church Lobby.

;;*::x::*- The Archdiocese of St. Louis will be conducting its annual appeal
for donations to support the ministries and charities that it provides for
so many people in our area. All registered members of St. John Bosco have
received their pledge cards this past week. This is a most effective appeal
that helps so many in need. The people of St. John Bosco parish have been
very generous in their support of this annual appeal. Thank you in advance
for your consideration of this most worthy charity. If you did not receive a
letter and pledge card and would like to support the ACA, please call the
Parish Office (434 1312). We will send you what you need.

TRIVIA NIGHT

Some families from St. John Bosco parish are sponsoring a TRIVIA NIGHT to
support the American Cancer Society. The date is May 2nd and the doors to
the Hoffman Hall will open at 6:30 pm. For information call Mary Ann
Liebrock at 314 288 7292 or maliebr0ck at -ch3rter.net.

ISCHOOL OF

RELIGION

Parish School of Religion (PSR) Registration for 2009-2010

Registration for the 2009-2010 religion classes will be held in the Parish
Center's Bosco Room on Tuesday, April 28, 2009 from 6:30 until 7:30 p.m.
Fees are to be paid at the time of registration; however, arrangements may
be made to make payment later if you are unable to meet the fee completely
at this time. Our fees will remain the same as last year due to the slowdown
of the economy.

First time students may be registered by appointment. Call Sister Ann @
878-6492 by May 19th on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. The child's
Baptismal Certificate is necessary for the first time registration unless
he/she was baptized at St. John Bosco Parish. It is important that children,
starting first grade in the fall, begin their religion classes too. The
preparation for the Sacraments of Penance and Eucharist usually take place
in second grade. Our policy for preparation for any sacrament is that a year
of formal religion classes precedes the preparation.

ADULT CONFIRMATION

The SACRAMENT OF CONFIRMATION will be celebrated on Pentecost Sunday, May
31st, at the St. Louis Cathedral. Any adult Catholic, who has not received
this Sacrament, is invited to prepare for receiving Confirmation at this
time. Call Sr. Ann for more information (878-6492).

for more information.

The St. John Bosco Ladies Guild will meet on Tuesday, April 28 at 7:00p.m.
in the Church Hall. Carol Savage from Artistry will discuss makeup and color
analysis. Ladies of the parish are invited. Any questions, call Ginny Ottes,

Anne,

Yes, it's possible, I am just not knowledgeable enough to
tell you how to properly tag an adobe document. I don't use Adobe to create
my PDF files but rather Word and then I convert them to the PDF format.

Do you have Kurzweil or Openbook? If so, you might try using one of those
to open the document by using their virtual printer. Sometimes I find that
this works really well for me when a document gives me a problem reading
properly.

I could open it, but I had to paste the address into my open dialog in
Internet Explorer. The document is not tagged properly for Jaws to read it.
