ATI making group email list in outlook express

greetings,
Others have much greater expertise than I but when I create a group
email list in Outlook I go to file, then click on new, then arrow down
to distribution list.  It will ask you to name the list and then you can
add or delete members to the group  as you desire.  
Hope this is a beginning for you.
